These taste even better after being cooked in an air fryer, I swear! A delicious and simple dish, chicken parmesan is one that everyone loves and constantly requests more of. It's excellent! Crispy breaded chicken topped in homemade marinara and cheese is unbeatable. 


    • 2 breasts of chicken
    • Panko breadcrumbs, 1 1/2 cups
    • 1 teaspoon of seasoning mix
    • grated half a cup of parmesan cheese
    • 1 salt shakerful
    • a half-teaspoon of black pepper, ground
    • One big egg
    • 14 cup of milk
    • all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup
    • 1 cup of sauce for pasta
    • a half-cup of mozzarella cheese


    Step 1:

    Gather the ingredients. Heat the air fryer to 370 degrees and the oven to 375 degrees.You should cut each chicken breast into four cutlets by butterflying each breast in half.

    Step 2:

    The thickness of the chicken breasts should be 1/4 inch. If you want to get thinner, you can. To avoid a mess, put the chicken breast in a plastic bag while you are pounding.

    Step 3:

    Shake the breadcrumbs onto a baking sheet to distribute them evenly. For about 3 minutes, toast in the oven until golden brown. Place the breadcrumbs in a small bowl and top with Parmesan cheese and Italian spice.

    Place two of the chicken breasts in the air fryer's basket (if you can fit more in yours, while keeping them in one even layer, do so). 12 minutes at 370 F or until the chicken is air-fried and the internal temperature reaches 165 F. The chicken doesn't need to be turned over. Repeat with the remaining 2 breasts, keeping the chicken breasts warm in the oven.

    Step 8:

    Add some mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce to the top of each breast. For a further 3 minutes, air fried at 370 F, or until the cheese is melted. To the remaining breasts, repeat the process. Serve right away.
